Eligibility for Returns

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order mattresses
  • Products damaged due to improper use or mishandling
